Asunción M. Ángeles, 60, de Tallahassee, Florida, falleció el jueves, 27 de octubre 2022, en su hogar. Nació en Emilio Hernández, La Florida Cardonal, Hidalgo, México, el 31 de mayo 1962, fue el hijo de Eutimio Mayorga y Juliana Ángeles. Trabajaba en la construcción de casas, y le gustaba pasar tiempo con su familia, llendo a Saint Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church y estar afuera. Amaba montar a caballo y era aficionado del jaripeo. Llegó a los estados unidos hace 39 años y tenía 22 años aquí en Tallahassee. Fue vaquero de corazón y mentor de muchos. De humildes comienzos en Emilio Hernandez, La Florida, Hidalgo, Mexico, inmigró a los EEUU a la edad de 18 años y trabajó duro para lograr el sueño americano. Primero llegando y trabajando en Texas con una gran familia que lo quiere, y luego mudarse a Carolina del Sur, Georgia y Florida. Le sobreviven su esposa, Juventina Ángeles; hijos, Ana L. Ángeles, David A. Ángeles y Michael X. Ángeles; nietos, Damian Chavez y Gabriel Chavez; y hermanos, Reynaldo Mayorga, Victor Mayorga, Vicente Mayorga, Alejo S. Ángeles, Valerio Ángeles y Nicodemo Ángeles. También le sobreviven muchos sobrinos, primos y amigos. Born in Emilio Hernandez, La Florida Cardonal, Hidalgo, Mexico on May 31, 1962, he was the son of Eutimio Mayorga and Juliana Ángeles. He was a custom home builder and enjoyed spending time with family and friends, attending Mass at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church and being in the outdoors. He loved horseback riding and was a big fan of bullriding. He immigrated to the United States 39 years ago and had resided in Tallahassee for the last 22 years. He was a cowboy at heart and was a mentor to many. From humble beginnings in Emilio Hernandez, La Florida Cardonal, Hidalgo, Mexico, he immigrated to the United States at the age of 18, and worked hard to achieve the American dream. First arriving and working in Texas with a great family that loves him and then moving on to South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. He is survived by his wife, Juventina Ángeles; children, Ana L. Ángeles, David A. Ángeles and Michael X. Ángeles; grandchildren, Damian Chavez y Gabriel Chavez; and siblings, Reynaldo Mayorga, Victor Mayorga, Vicente Mayorga, Alejo S. Ángeles, Valerio Ángeles and Nicodemo Ángeles. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 6:00 PM, Sunday, October 30, 2022, at their ranch. Another time of visitation is from 6:00 until 8:00 PM, Monday, October 31, 2022, at Abbey Funeral Home, 4037 North Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32303.
