Charlotte Ann Langley Burke Fulghum, 76, of Tallahassee, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2016. She was born September 27, 1939, in Lakeland, Florida, to the now late Edwin Barnes Langley and Effie Adel Collins Langley. She is also preceded in death by her first husband, James F. Burke, Jr.; son, James F. Burke, Jr., and a brother, William B. Langley. She was retired from the State of Florida as a Secretary Specialist and was a faithful member at Berean Chrisitan Fellowship Church. Her survivors include her husband, Charles Edwin Fulghum; sister, Margaret S. Langley, and a niece, Martha Ann Hildebrandt. A memorial service is 2:00 PM, Monday, January 18, 2016, at Berean Christian Fellowship Church, 6214 Blountstown Highway, Tallahassee, Florida 32310. At a later date, she will be inurned at Tallahassee Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested contributions in her memory be made to Berean Christian Fellowship Church.
