Edna O'Buck

Edna O’Buck, 92, of Crawfordville, Florida died March 15, 2022. Ms. O’Buck was born November 7, 1929 in White City, Florida to Wiley J. and Mary Peters Collinsworth of blessed memory. She worked in a drug store while attending school in Port St. Joe, Florida. Upon leaving school, she began work at Hicks Drug Store in Tallahassee which is no longer in existence. She lived in the Tallahassee/Crawfordville area for many years, moving to this area from Havana, Florida. She married Anthony T. O’Buck in 1948. They were married for 59 years prior to his death in 2007. Anthony and Edna had three children, who all survive; son, Thomas “Mike” O’Buck (Carol); daughters, Judith Fields and Jerry Stafford (William). Other survivors are brother, Arthur Collinsworth (Beneva); sisters, Helen Harbuck and Kathy Tew; three grandsons, Michael A. O’Buck of Crawfordville, Fl; Robert C. O’Buck of Tallahassee, Fl and Anthony T O’Buck of Waycross, Georgia; and a host of nieces and nephews in the Panama City, Florida area and also in Mississippi. She is predeceased by a brother-in-law, Doyle Harbuck as well as many other family members. Ms. O’Buck loved to work in her yard and loved flowers. She was an introvert, but dearly loved her family.
